The Black Iron Strength® Weightlifting Training Bar is the only training bar available in the world that is designed to fit on all free weight equipment. The measurement from inside collar to inside collar is the same as the standard Olympic Bar for competition. With rotating sleeves and knurling, the Training Bar has the ‘feel’ of an Olympic Bar, making it the ideal bar to introduce weight lifting techniques and then to progress to an Olympic Bar when the user is ready.
