Black Iron Strength® Custom Dumbbells are produced with 100% premium solid stainless steel and manufactured in the USA, making our Dumbbells the highest quality available in the world-wide market. A distinguishing feature of Black Iron Strength® Dumbbells is the one-piece construction in which there are no welds or bolts. No other company can boast a one-piece construction. This one-piece construction is accomplished through proprietary technology using a 25 ton press-through, making Black Iron Strength® Solid Steel Dumbbells virtually indestructible. Without bolts or welds, Black Iron Strength® Dumbbells are easy to handle and the most compact dumbbell available on the market. Solid Steel Dumbbells are a superior choice over cast iron, rubber, and urethane because they are more compact. The heads of rubber, urethane and cast iron dumbbells in the heavier weights become much wider from side to side than the compact design of Black Iron Strength® Solid Stainless Steel Dumbbells. This wider length makes the dumbbells harder to balance creating a safety issue for the user. Our compact design provides the user with the ultimate in balance and control.

 Dumbbells with welds and bolts create a safety issue in a facility or home. The one-piece construction of Black Iron Strength® Dumbbells eliminates the need for tightening bolts or the chance of welds breaking.

The Thick (1 ¾ inch) Rotational Handle is one of our most popular handle choices among athletes. The IGUS® Bearings create the smoothest Rotational Handle available on the market. The Rotational Handle helps to eliminate undue stress on the user’s forearms, wrist and shoulders.

Our knurling pattern is the perfect depth for the user. The pattern is not too shallow where the user can lose their grip, which can often happen with sweaty hands. If the knurling pattern is too deep, it can cut into the user’s hand leaving blood on the handle. Our engineers have developed the perfect knurling pattern, which has become the industry standard.

Engraving

Custom engraving is available on the head of the dumbbells. Personalization makes your dumbbells stand out and brands your facility. Our engraving is precision cut quality. Provide us your logo in a vector file in ‘.ai’ (Adobe Illustrator) or ‘.eps’ (Encapsulated Post Script) and we will do ‘mock up’ examples of your logo on your dumbbell faces.

Custom Dumbbell Racks are also available to store your Black Iron Strength® Dumbbells. Black Iron Strength® Dumbbell Racks are the ideal storage solution for your Black Iron Strength® Dumbbells. Our engineers will design your rack to fit your space requirements, making these racks a space saving solution and an ideal choice when space is an issue. Black Iron Strength® Dumbbell Racks are equipped with UHMW machined saddles, which provide a perfect fit for your new Dumbbells. UHMW is composite material that is stronger than steel and will not wear out or mark your Black Iron Strength® Dumbbells.
